Industries we serve

Industries and processes we know from years in the field

The equipment varies by industry, but we see the same constraints repeatedly: aging controls, limited outage time, and a firm deadline for restarting production.

  1. 01

    Food and Beverage

Controls for casers, mixers, inspection systems, and other equipment on high-production lines. On one packaging line we replaced the TI PLC on a quart caser with a CompactLogix platform, and built a Keyence vision system that catches exposed piercer tubes before a case ships. On another we converted a continuous dough mixer to ControlLogix and Factory Talk View SE.

    • Vision inspection
    • PLC conversions
  2. 02

    Municipalities

County utilities bring us in to standardize automation and modernize plant SCADA. We developed the PLC and SCADA standards library now used across over a dozen county facilities in Tampa, FL, then applied it at a water treatment plant, where 178 operator screens came down to 26.

    • SCADA standards
    • Plant conversions
    • MCC monitoring
  3. 03

    Phosphate and Mining

Process plants running on controllers nobody stocks parts for anymore. We have converted conventional MCCs to Rockwell Smart MCCs with E3 relays reporting over Ethernet, and replaced Moore controllers with ControlLogix across animal feed ingredients and DAP2 plants over conversions that ran for a year or more.

    • Smart MCC conversions
    • DCS integration
    • Obsolete hardware
  4. 04

    Paper and Packaging

Controls for converting, collating, and stacking equipment built around demanding line-speed requirements. We delivered the controls design, drives and control panels, programming, startup, and training for a stacker that collates juice cartons at 1,000 per minute.

    • Machine controls
    • VFD and motion
    • Panel build
  5. 05

    Original Equipment Manufacturers

Equipment builders bring us in for controls design, panel fabrication, and programming so their machines ship ready to run. That work covers prototyping, electrical schematics, and startup support at the end customer site once the machine lands.

    • Machine design
    • Prototyping
    • Startup support
  6. 06

    Brewing

Automation for the utility systems that keep brewhouse operations running. At a Tampa, FL brewery we programmed the PLC and operator interface for an eight condenser ammonia cooling expansion, covering cooling fans and pumps, tank level control, PIDs, trending, and field instrumentation.

    • Refrigeration controls
    • PID loops
    • Trending
  7. 07

    Medical Devices

Controls for sterilization and parts-washing equipment with strict repeatability and documentation requirements. We stripped proprietary controls from 12 HAMO surgical parts washers and replaced them with standardized CompactLogix controllers and HMI components across eight locations.

    • Standardized controls
    • Multi-site rollouts
    • Validation
